To ensure we can best serve our customers, please reschedule or cancel within the required time frame.

48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule without a cancellation fee. Less than a 48 hours notice will result in a 25% charge for the scheduled service.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows will result in a 100% charge, as we cannot fill the reserved spot on such short notice.
