Your Visit, Made Simple
Whether this is your first facial or a familiar part of your routine, we want you to feel comfortable coming in. Here’s what to know before your appointment.
Booking Your Appointment
We see clients by appointment only. A 30% deposit is charged when you book to reserve your appointment. Not sure which service to choose? Reach out before booking. We’re happy to help you find a starting point.
Before Your First Visit
Please fill it out your client intake paperwork that was sent to you before your appointment so we can be best prepared for your treatment.
When You Arrive
Please make yourself at home and your service provider will be right out to greet you.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Please give us at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule so we have time to offer your appointment to another client.
If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before your appointment, your 30% deposit is used as your cancelation fee. If you miss your appointment without contacting us, you’ll be charged 100% of the service price.
Running Late?
Please text us as soon as you know you may be late. We’ll do our best to accommodate you while respecting the next client’s appointment.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service.
If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a cancellation fee may apply.
